Money from writing!

After having one of my articles plagiarized, I thought I would put together a quick and easy how-to guide for anyone else who wants to bypass all the effort, time, and creativity it takes to become a writer who produces their own original content. In fact, I’ll even show you how to make money on the Internet off your “writing” in just six easy steps.

Here goes:

  1. Go to another website and find original content by another writer.
  2. Plagiarize it: either copy it outright or change a couple words here and there.
  3. Publish it on your own website and use your own name as the byline. Be sure not to credit the other writer or website you plagiarize from. Don’t ask for permission–just copy away.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 until you have lots of articles on your website.
  5. Monetize your site through Google AdWords or other advertising schemes. In other words, you earn money through ads hosted on your webpages when people come to your site looking for your “articles.”
  6. Profit.

And people say it’s hard to earn any money by being a writer. What do they know?

Note that it helps get more search traffic–and easy money–if you pick a theme for your “articles”. As an example, you could pick the theme “jiu jitsu” and maybe name your domain jiujitsutimes.com. Or something.

As a bonus tip, Google “SEO techniques” and implement them on your site. More traffic means more money in your pocket!!!

Anyway, if you follow these steps, I hope you enjoy your scummy, plagiarizing, thieving writing career. Loser.
