The air is growing thin, and the shadows long.
I’ve noted this fellow appearing lately at odd angles as I drive around my neighborhood, most often between dusk and dawn.
Sometimes he’s in someone’s yard (as in my quick pic from tonight — sorry for the blur, I tried to brighten the image). Other times he’s standing beside a split rail fence, from behind a hay roll, or at the edge of forest and field.
Never moving but always in a different place.
He especially likes hiding along Dead Man’s curve.
Just a warning folks, in case he decides to haunt your neighborhood.
‘Tis the season.
Eyes on the road, and do try to keep your head, as they say.
