As they say though, there’s no free lunch. What you gain in ease of cleanup, you lose in flexibility in how you cook with these pots and pans. Because this is nonstick and anodized aluminum cookware, you need baby it a little—I’d keep cooktop temperatures at or below medium heat, and a maximum oven temperature of 400F for the pots and pans, and 500F for the cookie sheets. I’d also avoid the dishwasher, stacking the pans inside one another, and using metal utensils.

In summary, this is a great starter set of cookware. While these pots and pans won’t make you into a great cook, they certainly will make cleaning up after yourself a lot easier. They also look good and are a joy to use. You’ll likely want to get other pieces of cookware to supplement this set, such as a pan to put under the broiler, a roasting pan, and maybe a larger skillet. But if you don’t mind babying the cookware a little, you get non-stick and heavy gauge metal advantages, so this set will certainly get you cooking and cleaning up in style.
